CAVAZOS SPORTS INSTITUTE
Chanin Engineering provided structural services for the approximately 20,000 SF private training facility aimed to developed young athlete’s abilities. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building atop a slab-on-grade foundation. It also features a structural sculpture along the front elevation of the building.
This project received the 2015 American Institute of Architects Lower Rio Grande Valley (AIA LRGV) Citation Award
