CITY OF EDINBURG WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OFFICE
Chanin Engineering provided complete structural services for the new, approximately 1,800-square-foot Operations Office building for the City of Edinburg Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The new facility includes a breakroom, inventory room, lab, office, and work area. Structurally, the building features a slab-on-grade foundation, exterior load-bearing CMU walls, steel columns for interior support conditions, and a conventional metal roof framing system.
The project is scheduled for a substantial completion date of March 2019.
