Chanin Engineering provided complete structural design services for a 2-story entertainment center measuring approximately 28,000 SF. The geometric structure consisted of concrete columns with a conventionally steel-framed second floor and roof level. It features a glass-paneled balcony, fountains and parking at level 1 of the structure. The project was completed in 2016.
