Chanin Engineering is providing structural design services for a new Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center (PPECC). The center is equipped to provide daily medical care to children through the age of 20 who suffer from medically complex conditions.
The project includes a renovation of an existing 3,590 SF house that is being converted into a hospice and an approximately 6,534 SF addition on the North side of the existing structure that includes the PPECC and administrative offices.
The project is currently in the Construction Document phase.
