The 10,300 SF adaptive reuse project consisted of converting an old restaurant into a children’s dental center. The new facility is equipped with treatment rooms, hygiene bays, sedation rooms, and many other amenities. Structurally, the project consisted of support column relocations, façade framing demolition, new foundation elements such as footings and grade beams, and new superstructure framing elements.
