STC - TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS EXPANSION
Chanin Engineering provided complete structural design services for various additions & retrofits to an existing steel and tilt-up panel structure — formerly a plastic manufacturing facility adjacent to the current campus. This is the first all-encompassing expansion for STC in over 20 years . The new additions consisted of a pre-engineered building along with conventional steel canopies and a mezzanine supported by structural steel and K-series metal joists. Project construction was completed in 2017.
