Chanin Engineering provided complete structural services for the design of the approximately 41,900 SF commercial development that is divided into three buildings and a total of 26 tenant spaces that will house restaurants with terraces, retail spaces, and offices. The 2-story structure is comprised of CMU walls and conventional steel roof framing. Construction is anticipated to be completed in time for Fall 2018.
